Job Description -
- The main responsibility is to keep constant flow of sourcing leads, so that monthly sourcing target is met
- Maintain a close coordination between new car sales and team evaluation team
- Maintain daily record of souring leads as per sourcing lead generation format given.
- Ensure that all enquiry leads generated are followed-up and evaluations are done as per the customer’s convenience
- Price is quoted as per 120 points check–sheet and price grid supplied by MSIL
- Monitor evaluator’s performance as per evaluator performance sheet
- Documentation and other requirements of customer like closure of loans, NOC etc. should be handled immediately without any delay
- Conduct weekly exercise to monitor evaluation quality by giving same car to all evaluators for evaluation as per measurement system analysis report
